Cranberries are no longer just for the holidays… they can help us fight cancer year round! Studies have shown cranberries to prevent cancer proliferation in prostate, breast, ovarian, oral, and colon cancers.
In addition to their anticancer properties, other studies have shown their positive benefits on cardiovascular disease, cholesterol and UTIs. Interesting enough, cranberries have more antioxidants than Vitamin E and five (5) times more antioxidants than broccoli.
